While it is true, FEMA has broken up United States into 10 regions, some are questioning why the United Nations troops are on our soil.


FEMA is the Federal Emergency Management Agency. It originated by two Executive orders on April 1, 1979. The initial primary purpose was to coordinate the response to a disaster occurring within the United States that is overwhelming the resources of the local and state authorities.


The two Executive orders were signed into being by President Jimmy Carter. Executive order 12127 in short broke FEMA out into its own department, from the Reorganization Plan No 3. Executive order 12148, also implemented by President Carter, combined server federal agencies tasked with the emergency preparedness to the newly created department of FEMA (created by executive order 12127). Interesting the new divisional department was not made by Congress, rather by one simple Presidential Executive Order, and empowered by the other Executive Order.


Fast-forward to 2002, after the September 11, 2001 attack, Congress passed the Homeland Security Act of 2002. This ACT created the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The idea was to have one department in order to better coordinate the many differing federal agencies dealing with law enforcement, disaster preparedness, border protection and civil defense.


On March 1, 2003 FEMA was absorbed into DHS. On March 31, 2007, remaining in DHS FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) regained its stature and departmental name. In 2007 FEMA started administering the Center for Domestic Preparedness. The Center for Domestic Preparedness provides comprehensive training programs to the nation’s emergency response providers. Education includes knowledge of prevention from chemical, biological, explosive, radiological, or other hazardous materials.


To help facilitate effective management, FEMA has broken the United States up to 10 regions, each containing a dedicated headquarters. These headquarters contain Mobile Emergency Response Support (MERS).


“These teams provide communications support to local public safety. For instance, they may operate a truck with satellite uplink, computers, telephone and power generation at a staging area near a disaster so that the responders can communicate with the outside world. There are also Mobile Air Transportable Telecommunications System (MATTS) assets which can be airlifted in. Also portable cellphone towers can be erected to allow local responders to access telephone systems."


One of the more conspiratorial aspects is the FEMA camps. Or as some refer them as FEMA concentration camps. During Katrina, martial law was applied, with the authority to shoot looters. The martial law was ordered by Mayor Ray Nagin on August 31, 2011. Many were forced evacuation into the Super Dome, where reports of inadequate supplies and chaos occurred. This may be the reason for the FEMA camps, in order to have a known location for evacuation for disasters. Possible locations are being reviewed. However, the term disaster is broad and the definition can be determined many ways.


“The term disaster has been applied in U.S. law in a broad sense to mean both human-made and natural catastrophes. Human-made catastrophes include civil disturbances such as riots and demonstrations; warfare-related upheavals, including those created by guerrilla activity and Terrorism; refugee crises involving the forced movements of people across borders; and many possible accidents, including transportation, mining, Pollution, chemical, and nuclear incidents. Emphasis mine.


With the United States having 14.7% out of work, peace protests on the rise, it’s not long before a possible civil disobedience case can be created.


Fast forward to September 19, 2013; more reports of United Nation troops are in United States training, yet denied by Congress.


Why would we have United Nations troops on our soil? Many believe our own military would not force or fire upon their own Country’s citizens. This issue would not be the case for foreign military personnel.

The movie conveyed everyone is in the Matrix, while their bodies are being used for energy.


Essentially, all are asleep and do not understand the real world, prisoners of their own mind. While many utilize this movie to convey a dark world pulling strings, the reality is coming closer than you think.


Julie Beal has an informative article conveying the coming “online identify management” within the United Kingdom. The idea is to have all government services digitally online, and the only means to interact with the services is by having a global smart ID for every United Kingdom citizen. Termed the “Government Digital Strategy”, five companies were chosen to have the provision of management of all United Kingdom citizens.


While Americans may consider this interesting for across the pond, they will not be left out. The Matrix had everyone jacked in, and asleep. United States citizens will also be included in the global scheme of personal digital id’s. With the Obamacare looming to take effect, every United States citizens medical record will be required to be digital.


How does one keep up with the American citizen traveling from state to state? There is expectation of companies promoting individual digital management to answer that very question. We now have before us a situation to force everyone to have a unique electronic ID.


Make no mistake each ID will be tracked, audited, and all actions catalouged accordingly. While impossible for each individual to be watched in real time, the technology will track you and place all actions in a database. If you come on the powers be radar, a simple report can pull all prior transctions and activity with ease.


Currently, there are currently 14.7 percent out of working American Citizens, that will need some form of medical insurance. These will be the easier ones to force into this system. The Obamacare has created cesspool for health insurance, forcing those insurance companies to change and increase their rates, thereby pushing toward a single payer insurance. Once the single payer is in place, a required unique electronic ID would be easy.

It is indeed another sad day, as 13 lie dead in Washington D.C. after a shoot out occurred.


The Washington Post reports, "The incident, in which the death toll rose almost hourly, represents the single worst loss of life in the District since an airliner plunged into the Potomac River in 1982, killing 78." The article goes onto to report, "As of 8 p.m. Monday, Navy officials said about 2,000 people remained on base, and that it could take another 3-4 hours before everyone was cleared to leave." The Navy Yard, within Washington D.C. is a gun-free zone.


However, gun-free zones do not stop those willing to break the law and fire on others. Reports were initially trying to identify 3 shooters, but has reduced it down to one dead the shooter, Aaron Alexis. The shooter was 34 years of age, and a recent residence of Texas, but originally from Queens, N.Y. No motive is currently known (as of 9:33 eastern, 9-16-2013), and the black male shooter was believed to be a Buddist.


DC Clothesline has found the dead shooter, Aaron Alexis has been alerted to police in 2010. "Records show that he was arrested for discharging a firearm within a municipality. Police were dispatched to the Oak Hills apartments about 6:40 p.m. Sept 4, 2010, on a report that someone had fired a shot through the floor and into the ceiling of a woman’s apartment, according to a Fort Worth police report." While one incident would not be considered reason for a shooting rampage, it should be acknowledged.


Seems this is not the only incident for Alexis to be firing a firearm. Seattle.Gov has identified Alexis in a arrest within Seattle. "The victims reported seeing a man, later identified by police as Alexis, walk out of the home next to their worksite, pull a gun from his waistband and fire three shots into the two rear tires of their Honda before he walked slowly back to his home north of the construction site." Reason for shooting the tires? "The owner of the construction business told police he believed Alexis was angry over the parking situation around the work site." Yahoo News is reporting Alexis was a full-time reservist from 2007 to 2011 in the U.S. Navy. "According to a bio released by the U.S. Navy, Alexis was a full-time reservist from 2007 to 2011. He left the Navy on Jan. 31, 2011, as a petty officer 3rd class and had been working for the fleet logistics support squadron No. 46 in Fort Worth." The article goes onto to say ‘A Navy official told Reuters Alexis received a general discharge from the Navy in 2011 "after a series of misconduct issues.’"


It appears the man had some serious anger issues.
